AGM Calling Notice 2019

The next AGM is to be held on:

Date:Saturday 16 February 2019

Time: 4.00-6.00pm

Venue: Liberal Democrat Headquarters, 8-10 Great George Street, London SW1P 3AE.

The AGM will be held to approve:
- the wording for the Constitutional changes agreed in principle in June 2018: in Article 7.1 "Vice-chair" will be substituted by "one Vice-Chair who self-identifies as male or non-binary and one Vice-chair who self-identifies as female or non-binary";
- the accounts for year ending 2017; and
- election of new Officers and Executive members.

LDCRE will be electing:
Chair, 2 Vice-Chairs (with gender balance), Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary
Up to 5 Ordinary Executive Member
Honorary President and up to 2 Honorary Vice-Presidents.

For nomination forms, please email: info@ldcre.org.uk or the Returning Officer. Under the constitution of LDCRE we are only able to issue the ballot paper to members in person at the AGM. If you require special arrangements, e.g. for Postal Ballots, please contact the Returning Officer.
